DRESSAGE RIDING

This weekend, my daughter Kaia Thorbergsen was joined dressage riding competition arranged by Harstad Rytterklubb. Dressage is a highly skilled form of riding performed in exhibition and competition, as well as an "art" sometimes pursued solely for the sake of mastery.

As an equestrian sport, dressage is the highest expression of horse trening where horse and rider are expected to perform from memory a series of predetermined movements

She doesn't win the competition, but she was not bad at all. Here you can see some pictures of her from today´s competition.
